We have been commissioned to design a new 4 bedroom property set on an acre and a half plot in Hertfordshire, the land set on the eastern side of a hill offers fantastic views across the gently falling open land set at a lower level to the site and woodlands beyond.
The building has the main family bedroom suites set at ground level with the family living space and roof terraces to the first floor, benefitting from 360 degree views, and the master bedroom suite to the second floor.
Although the house has been designed with large expanses of glazing to maximise views to the surrounding countryside, the building has excellent sustainability credentials.
