To ensure our clients achieve best value AFA experience of both interior designer and architecture, combined with acquired knowledge from other construction professionals, comprehensive knowledge of building and planning legislation has allowed AFA to hone our design skills to ensure that all our projects maximise their development potential with regard to the quantum and quality of new developments achieved, sustainability, efficiency of the building and projected project value.Skills that have often been used by our clients to improve the financial health of projects designed by other architectural practices, to improve sales figures and assist in winning site land and tender bids.

The AFA architecture team have a wealth of acquired experience in both architecture and interior design, having represented high profile architectural practices, client bodies and main contractors, assisting our clients in delivering their projects, ranging from home extensions and one off private houses, to multi million pound developments.This range of experience allows us to provide our clients with a unique insight into every aspect of the construction delivery process from the perspective of all stakeholders, understanding each individual parties needs and requirements, making AFA a very safe pair of hands for the delivery of your project.

Sustainability and innovation
In producing exquisite and functional buildings our main design objectives are to maximise potential and minimise waste, a design philosophy that naturally aligns with the core tenets of sustainable living.These design principles which have always influenced our scheme proposals, have where possible and practicable often resulted in the re-use of existing buildings for many various reasons, including the avoidance of waste associated with the unnecessary demolition of existing, often reusable buildings.
AFA also use the latest available technology in our scheme proposals and develop innovative design solutions on our projects, which are delivering some very exciting options for flexible and zero carbon living, to help deliver a new generation of housing that is secure, warm, dry, safe, has very low carbon usage requirements and capable of easy, economic, and generate very low quantities of building fabric waste in facilitating future adaptation, features which will assist in delivering and maintaining future sustainable communities.
