Luton Works completed while at MDR
New Homes for Luton, a design partnership between Luton Borough Council, Wates new homes and Catalyst Housing association to deliver a major regeneration project to provide new affordable rented housing for the borough.
Phase one consisted of over 30 sites under consideration with 16 being taken forward for development, the first five sites to achieve planning permission delivered 250 units.
