Working as the project design manager I had full responsibility for the scheme delivery, which I inherited in the final stages of preparing the planning application, on initial review I advised LHG that I did not believe the proposals would obtain planning permission and a radical change of the design was necessary.

Opinion was sought by an independent planning consultant and legal counsel, both of which agreed with my opinion and the design team were changed and a new design delivered which was recommended for planning approval.
