Clapham Works completed at Colado Collins
Despite its appearance the design for this stepped building is a very economic structurally solution, that offers a visually interesting and exciting building elevation while delivering regular shaped rooms on a generally repetitive floor plan, which assists with construction economics, sales revenue and was a main contributor in achieving obtaining support from the planners and politicians for the scheme proposals.
