Chilton Street  Works completed while at MDR


As a method of quickly delivering new homes within the borough, Southwark Council instigated a programme of build-over projects, the delivery of new apartments above existing council owned freehold buildings, while the existing residents were retained in their homes for the full duration of the project procurement and delivery.
