Addiscombe Grove  Works completed while at MDR


The site located a very short walk from East Croydon Station housed two turn of the century two storey houses which were being used as office space, planning permission was gained for the redevelopment of the site into a mixed use proposal of part eight and part twelve storey building with almost a 100% site coverage.
